to recruit future talent!
Looking to the future, Magnes is investing more than ever in training placements to train tomorrow's employees.
Training placements are at the heart of the Magnes HR policy
Having been invested in apprenticeships for several years now, Magnes plans to recruit apprentices for all of its services at the start of each academic year. We want to help young people through a proactive policy of training placements. More than just training, joining Magnes gives students the opportunity to achieve their career goals in a growth business combining transport and technology. We have a long-term strategy as our substantial growth means we are looking to hire apprentices on permanent contracts after their training.
From a vocational training certificate (BTS) to a Bachelor’s degree in Transport and Logistics, there are many training possibilities
Magnes would like to expand all of its services and is therefore investing in making its students fully operational at the end of their training program. The apprenticeships in the field are entirely appropriate for the courses studied. The apprentice hired by Magnes is supported, tutored and supervised. They can then stay with Magnes and build their career with us!
Various diploma courses let you access the professions of freight coordinator : the vocational diploma in associated freight and logistics (GTLA), the Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Freight, the RTPL diploma (Production Manager for Freight and Logistics) from ISTELI (the freight and logistics training institute). Are you looking for a singular challenge ? Do you want to flourish within an organization on a human scale ? Then Magnes is made for you, come join the adventure !
